Hostel Rules
- It is mandatory for students residing in the hostel to follow the prescribed daily routine. They must pay special attention to the cleanliness of their room and personal hygiene.
- Permission from the hostel/hostel superintendent is compulsory to enter or leave the hostel.
- The institution expects students to follow rules and maintain proper behavior in both school and hostel. Failure to do so may lead to disciplinary action and even expulsion.
- Students failing to return on the scheduled date after holidays will have to pay a late fee.
- The previously submitted fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- A residential student cannot be converted into a day scholar under any condition.
- If a student is found to have absconded from the hostel without permission from the authorized officials (Principal, Administrator, or Hostel Superintendent), the institution will inform the guardians and make efforts to locate the student. However, in case of any incident, the full responsibility will lie with the guardian. The institution will not be held accountable. In such cases, the student will not be readmitted to the hostel.
- Parents or authorized persons can meet the students on the last Sunday of each month, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with the permission of the hostel superintendent.
- In case a student cannot reach due to illness or emergency, the institution will arrange medical treatment through the local guardian. However, the institution will not be responsible for any emergency situations.
- On the scheduled holiday dates, it is the parent’s responsibility to pick up and drop off their child. If someone else is sent, a written authorization letter from the parent must be submitted. If another student is accompanying them, prior consent from that student’s parent is necessary.
- Leave-related communication sent via letter or phone will be informed to parents via phone/SMS/WhatsApp. No other leaves will be granted.
- Students can use mobile phones or communicate on Sundays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hostel staff and room leaders have been provided with mobile phones. Parents should contact them during suitable hours.
- For admission, it is compulsory to submit the original Transfer Certificate (TC) along with academic recommendations, educational achievements, and complete student details mentioned in the TC. Also required: Aadhaar Card, Blood Group ID, Student’s Bank Account Details, Caste Certificate, and a copy of the Residence Certificate.
- In the unfortunate event of expulsion due to disciplinary or behavioral issues, it is the parent’s responsibility to stay informed and be in contact with the institution.
- After admission, students must participate in competitions and programs organized by the institution, school, or government, as per institutional policy. Full participation is expected. No additional fees will be charged for these.
- Parents must follow institutional rules and remain active in the official Parent WhatsApp Group.
- Fees must be paid on time. In case of delay, payment must be made at the authorized institute office.
- Entry passes are issued for students to access the school/institution campus.
- Apart from these rules, any written or verbal instructions issued by the institution from time to time must also be followed.
- Note: All legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh.
